Anderson WALKED!!

CMA

For those out there who don't know what CMA is, it is Certified Medical Assistant. Now I bet your wondering why I would posting about this. Well as of Monday, I'm taking classes to become a CMA. I will have a certification in EKG, Phlebotomy, Medical Coding, and Nurse Aid. I have class Monday through Thursday 5:45pm to 9:45pm for 18wks. On top of all this I have to watch the kids while Ray is taking Medical Coding classes during the day, try to study for quiz's every Tuesday or Wednesday, labs on Thursday, and test on Monday's. When will I ever find time to study while two little one's running all over the house screaming and getting into things their not supposed too? Gee this is going to be a challenge! But I want to make sure that my kids are going to be taken care of so if that means I have to work while Ray watches them and the other way around, that's how it will be. Only bad thing is when is there going to be time for me and Ray? I'm sure we will figure something out. Just pray for us and that we are able to find the time we need to study so we can pass the National exams.

HELP!

Okay, let me just say I'm so proud of Anderson for walking, but boy do I have my hands full now. All he does is walk all over the place chasing Callie. Everyday he is getting better and better and I guess I said "HELP" in the title becuase I didn't think he he just take off this fast. Oh well..he is too cute walking and sometimes that little butt just gets too heavey for him to keep going and he plops down. My baby has grown up way too fast.

Veterans Day

Just wanted to say Happy Verterans day to my husband and every HERO out there. We love you and THANK you for everything you have done for this wonderful country!

Anderson WALKED!!

Yes, at ten months old Anderson took off walking lastnight. We were so excited, well Callie could care less. We had him walking to get a rice cake and it worked. Callie was tweleve months and two weeks when she did this so he has her beat by two and a half months...lol that's my boy!

First of all Ray and I want to say our thoughts and prayers are with the families of those who lost loved ones and to those who were injured during yesterday’s shooting at Ft. Hood. Ray was stationed at Ft. Hood while he was in the Army, so Ft. Hood was his home and he has always wanted to go back there. I was downstairs watching the kids play when Ray yelled “There’s been a shooting at Ft. Hood”. I grabbed the kids and ran upstairs. We both stayed in front of the TV waiting to hear the details. I went to be around 11 but Ray stayed up until 3 watching the news. Hopefully we will find out what made this man go and kill fellow soldiers that he took an oath to stand by and protect.

Fla. man says Home Depot fired him over God button - Yahoo! News

Okay this wasn’t a Cross button or any button that I would call a religious button, but one that says “One Nation Under God”. So why was he fired? Because Home Depot said it was against their dress code on wearing religious symbols or sayings. What has this Country come too? This really makes me sad and angry at the same time. I feel that the saying “One Nation Under God” is for EVERY American not just Christians because it is a part of our ‘Pledge of Allegiance’. So does this mean that Home Depot wont take US money anymore because it says “In GOD We Trust” on the back? Of course not. This country was founded on Christian beliefs, that’s why we are such a GREAT Country. But ever since we have taken away prayer in school, the 10 commandments, the right to wear a cross pin to work or school, etc but other Religions are still able to wear their religious clothes and still pray where ever!?!? The Bible says a Great Nation will fall.. this is the ONLY Great Nation that people from all over the world want to be a part of. WHAT IS YOUR THOUGHTS ON THIS? PLEASE LET ME KNOW!
